Forsight Of The Big Picture.
I hope that the visit to my office was just as pleasurable as I presumed.
Most of my artistic talent I learned during my formative years in school, I haven't acquired any formal training as to this day. I have learned different techniques from various artists and I'm definately still learning for it never ceases.
Drawing was a long time hobby something I always liked doing but I didn't consider earning a living from it. Just doodling, giving and throwing away drawings. Now in my life I have the time to actually study more and reconsider this one God given talent, since a physical disability rendered me unable to continue working in a more physical manner. I decided to make a living as an artist with the same point of view a different approach with the same will, interest and intentions to those who may need a certain type of help. Trials and tribulations; aren't just words, these things do occur. On the other hand, a way that would affect anyone who is conscious of how their personal life has changed and not the way they had planned it; and wants to fulfill or correct the what happened scenerio. This is the growth as a artist that I'm applying to my works.
Inspiration, that the beauty and love of life will always be.
By embracing the knowledge, techniques and trying different mediums I hope to bring amazing results and responses to and from my works. My choice in materials are: Graphite, Color pencils (member of CPSA), Charcoal, Conte pencil, Watercolors, Acrylics and Scratchboard.
Expressing not only how I perceive life, but how other people see it. How life is, was, how it should be or how life may become is the energy and depth of reflection. Painting and drawing definately gives me the option to create in my world, life as I wish it to be.
Conclusion
I'm becoming a artist with a fulltime agenda facing and overcoming obstacles and tacky technicalities that for some reason crept into my life. With the intentions of helping one who may decide to take their talent to another level.
Good Luck!
